Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

- 2 cups cooked brown or white rice
- 1 cup steamed or stir-fried vegetables (e.g., broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, snap peas)
- Sliced green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sesame seeds to a shallow plate.
- Dip the seasoned chicken breasts into the sesame seeds, coating them evenly on both sides.
